All About the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL) – 2025 Edition

Say what you will about the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL), but they have some pretty cool teams and uniforms in the league. The 2024-25 ECHL season marks the 37th year of the League. Teams play for the Kelly Cup with the Florida Everglades being the reigning three-time ECHL Champions.

The ECHL consists of 29 teams across four divisions:

  • Central Division
  • North Division
  • Mountain Division
  • South Division

ECHL Divisions

Here is a look at the Division alignment for the ECHL for 2024-25. The Western Conference is comprised of the Central Division and the Mountain Division. The Eastern Conference is made up of the North Division and the South Division.
