The Hockey Fanatics interviewed a number of hockey fans and asked them who their favorite players by position were.  From the feedback that we received and based on recent performance by players at their respective positions, the Hockey Fanatic has selected the top 20 NHL players by position.

NHL’s Top Players By Position

Goalie:  Johnathan Quick – Los Angeles Kings

Defenseman #1:  Shea Weber – Nashville Predators

Defenseman #2:  Drew Doughty – Los Angeles Kings

Left-Wing:  Daniel Sedin – Vancouver Canucks

Center:  Steven Stamkos – Tampa Bay Lightning

Right-Wing:  Jordan Eberle – Edmonton Oilers
