Last month the Chicago Blackhawks reigned supreme on the Hockey Fanatics NHL Rankings list for March.  Can the Hawks do it again or will the Pittsburgh Penguins with their recent acquisitions make a run for top spot?

NHL RankingsThe hottest teams in the NHL right now is the St. Louis Blues and Washington Capitals who have won six in a row, while the Carolina Hurricanes are the coldest team having lost their past seven games.  Teams looking to make a playoff push such as the Edmonton Oilers have all but see their playoff push end with four consecutive losses after winning five in a row.  Still the fight for the final playoff spot in the West is tight between six or so teams.
